This course is designed to give telemarketeers the confidence to be able to handle any ituation that may occur on the telephone. It will help increase motivation, lead generation and the production of quality calls.
Course Objectives
By the end of the day delegates will have the skills to:
- Assess the decision maker on the phone and communicate with them accordingly
- Handle any objection – from switchboard or decision maker
- Understand why they have the “upper hand”
- Convert interest to commitment
- Probe for, and generate, quality leads
